Chef/Owner Brian Valdiniʼs philosophy is to serve the best ingredients, prepared to perfection with creative influences from the Mediterranean. fatfish is much more than fish, our steaks and chops are top quality, which are enhanced with appropriate sauces and accompaniments. Spanish Tapas to Superb European Cheese selection also featured, completes a wonderful dining experience.
Lunch items include paniniʼs, salads, and main courses to suite all types of clientele from business luncheons to friends enjoying an afternoon overlooking the Great South Bay.
